Although I could list about a thousand things I would still like to buy to add the the decor, but even the little bit I have makes me very happy! The only bummer this morning is that I broke my FAVORITE most IRREPLACEABLE ornament! How sad is that? It was a beautiful delicate glass ball with a picture of Beth dressed as an angel when she was about 6 weeks old on it. It was her "baby's first Christmas" ornament.
I am truly sad, it was so beautiful. I wrap is very carefully every year when I put it away and its been in perfect condition, and as I carried it carefully to the tree the hook slipped and the ball hit the floor, I was only about a foot away from the carpet too, it probably would have survived if I had taken it out of the box on the carpet instead of the hard floor. dumb dumb. Oh well, can't fix it now. I just have to mourn it a little. But Christmas still makes me very happy! I hope everyone is enjoying the season as much as I plan to!

And no pictures of all this fabulous decor??? You have me wanting to decorate!!
I'll post the pictures when the decorating is done...just about there!
Irony of all ironies? On the day you came over and told me about breaking your ornament of Bethy - I turned around and broke Olivia's first Christmas ornament!! Grrrr!! With a little help from the hot glue gun I might be able to salvage it, but STILL!!!
sad! love the stockings. love christmas too. i especially love that i have a mantle now. mantle seems key to good christmas decorating (at least according to pottery barn)
